These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and United States Taekwondo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.us-tkd.com/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or extension related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

The Site provides informational text regarding martial arts styles, physical fitness, traditional weapons training, and self-defense education.
By opting to use our text messaging features, button indicators, or forms to contact our instructional staff, you consent to receive communications, text messages, or phone alerts from United States Taekwondo at the number provided. Standard message and data rates applied by your mobile carrier may apply. You may opt out of future text correspondence at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting the school directly.
In no event will United States Taekwondo or our directors, instructors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of your access to the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama.
